Fabulous Pool Views Only 4.7 Miles to Downtown Naples!

This southern exposure condo with a spectacular pool and landscaping views is located on the second floor of a 55+ complex. You will be delighted with this bright, clean, spacious and very comfortable place to call home while in Naples. You will have everything that you need, linens, beach chairs, towels, etc., nice furnishings, and the lanai viewing area will be your favorite spot. The complex is very quiet and the people are very friendly but not intrusive. At night the entire pool area lights up and looks absolutely beautiful. There are 2 gills to grill out behind the Tiki hut located right at the pool. There is also a kitchen and bathrooms at the pool This complex is a great location because there are so many restaurants and stores nearby, plus it's just a short ride to beaches and only 4.7 miles to popular 5th Avenue and downtown Naples. If you like to visit Marco Island it's only a 25-30 minute ride as well. You can have lunch and or cook dinner down at the pool and plenty of places to sit comfortably. It really is a great little gem of a place and we will always be available to you if you need anything.
