The apartment is located in the luxury residence Orcière in the heart of the village of Val Thorens, the summit of the 3 valleys.

The apartment is south facing and neat and modern design combines comfort with the charm of the mountain.

It has been renovated and has new furniture, new curtains and a new floor.

A HD TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player are also available.

The apartment offers a wonderful view of the ski area from the living room and the balcony with two chairs.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with two bunk lilies and a trundle bed with an extra bed for a 5th person.

The sofa bed in the living room provides a second sleeping 138x198cm.

The blackout curtains to mountain motifs of the bay window of the living room window and bedroom window allow total insulation.

Great property, perfectly located for ski in and out, near restaurants, bars and shopping. Honestly cannot fault the apartment. Coms were very active, clear and concise. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Fijn appartement mrt prachtig uitzicht

Heerlijk verblijf. Mooie locatie. Komt goed overeen met advertentie. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht. Goede communicatie. Host reageert snel. Fijn dat we er ook eerder in mochten. Ook goede communicatie rondom ophalen en inleveren sleutel. Alles was goed voor ons gezin. We komen vast weer!!

Bel appartement bien placé skis aux pieds

L’appartement est bien agencé, propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Le plus est le départ skis aux pieds à côté des pistes et le centre ville et les marchés à 2 pas. Très bons échanges avec proprio Petit bémol, l’arrivée et le départ car on doit aller nous-même chercher les clefs et les rapporter ce qui fait plusieurs aller-retour en arrivant et station très chargée en voiture le samedi mais cela n’empêche pas de revenir l’année prochaine.

Typische kleine Ferienwohnung direkt an der Piste mitten in Valtho, für zwei Personen oder eine Kleinfamilie ausreichend. WiFi vorhanden, bricht aber ständig ab.

Super emplacement ski au pied et près du centre

Joli appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre et très bien placé à côté du tapis roulant et sur la place Caron avec tous les commerces. En plus, immeuble très calme, idéal famille avec 2 enfants. Je recommandes !

Appartement très sympa, bien orienté au sud, bien situé au pied des pistes, des remontées et des commerces du centre de la station. Appartement Idéal pour un couple 2-3 enfants. Seul petit bémol, la surface des sanitaires un peu étroite pour des personnes de grandes tailles. Sinon appartement très bien équipé avec un propriétaire attentionné pour le bon déroulement du séjour. A recommander.

séjour très réussi grâce à la situation particulièrement intéressante à cette saison pour les skieurs et les non-skieurs. Départ et retour skis aux pieds, sur la piste ,face aux montagnes enneigées et ensoleillées. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est très disponible pour tous renseignements nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. Nous gardons cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours.

Super séjour de glisse au soleil

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce très chouette appartement, très lumineux, propre et bien équipé, à recommander. Il est très bien situé dans la station avec une belle vue et les commerces à deux pas. Si vous avez de la chance, le bain de soleil est au rendez-vous sur la terrasse. la Wifi de l’immeuble fonctionne très bien. Petite information, les verres que certains n’ont pas trouvés sont dans les tiroirs du pied de la table. Propriétaire attentionné et sérieux, ainsi que la personne qui vous reçoit sur place. A ce jour, c’est le plus beau domaine skiable que nous connaissons.

Very nice and cosy flat with a spectacular view

I was impressed with the accommodation. It is partitioned in a very clever way and has plenty of storage space. The flat is clean and well looked after. Kitchen has all the equipment you'd need. Maybe too many plates and we only found the "hidden" glasses on our last day :) One thing to note would probably be that the hot tap water is very hot. I think there should be warning signs as we got burnt on a view occasions. Wifi was working fine, once we figured out that it only allows a single person to connect with the same login at a time. Highly recommend this one.

Propriétaire très sympa et répond à toutes les questions que l'on peut lui poser. Appartement très agréable, refait à neuf, très bien placé, il ne manque rien et le petit plus accès wifi. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et en plus ensoleillée. Domaine skiable incroyable. Que du positif.
