Delightful, comfortable villa just steps from the beach!

Placed in the heart of Anna Maria Island, this wonderful, single story, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk from the beach.

The living room has comfortable couches and loveseat with flat-screen TV as well as a small dinette table and seating for four. The small kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances. It has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The master suite comes with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The bathroom includes walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The stacked washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom for convenience. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds. This home also comes with a queen-sized futon as well for another sleeping option. There is a second sitting area with small table and couch just inside the door too.

There are beach towels and chairs provided to use at the local beach which is just a short walk away.

The property is conveniently located near dozens of restaurants and a historic shopping district.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Great for our family trip

Super close to the beach (easily walkable even with stuff), which was very nice with young children! Would definitely stay again.

Great location,!!!very enjoyable and relaxing everything was close by . 2 minute walk to the beach it was great that they provided chairs and umbrella. Be sure to catch the sun sets on the beach it's well worth it We expecially enjoyed the back patio area .Will book again.

Wonderful!

I’ve been to Anna Maria several times. The location of this property is perfect! The unit was very clean and quiet and offered everything we needed. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful property

This rental property was available as described online. Fantastic accommodations and extremely well located on AMI, within about a 3 minute walk to a very nice strip of uncrowded beach. The unit itself was very well accommodated and comfortable, again, exactly as described and shown. Would book another stay here in the future and overall very recommended!

Clean. Has everything you need for a short stay at the beach. AC not very cooling for the majority of the day. However, the pet friendly feature & close access to the beach are great assets.

We had a lovely time. The property was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing that would have been better, if the listing stated all included items (coffeemaker, iron, gas BBQ grill etc) in the listing. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a clean property in a great location. Everything worked, except there were three light bulbs that needed to be replaced. The TV only provides streaming and I wished they had local TV channels, especially for the news. Neither of these minor issues would keep me from coming back.

Comfortable pet friendly and close to beach

This was a great trip in November 2020. we've stayed at many VRBOs and this rates in the top of the places we've stayed. we use to live in Bradenton and we went back to move my mother in law into an assisted living place. for the first half of our trip we had her cat and then didn't the second half. The first week we stayed there was a tropical depression and so stayed in mostly. but the second week we were able to enjoy the beach which is walking distance. there are bikes, to get around and the Manatee beach is just a few blocks away, where there is a cafe and live music in the evening. Just two blocks away (very walkable) is the beach itself and less crowded then were the cafe is. also included are beach towels, chairs for the beach. we will stay here again next time we come.

Great location, property management needs work

Great location one block from beach & don’t have to cross busy Gulf Dr to get there. The property is dated but clean and more spacious than pictures let on. While kitchen is small , we had no trouble making meals for 3 of us. Issues we had with property were holes in towels in master bath and cable TV being messed with service people there 2 days of our 4-day trip which messed up timing of activities. The property management involves VRBO plus two other companies and was the most complicated booking I’ve experienced in using VRBO and other providers MANY times over the last 15 years, including many on AMI. The sending of the contract in assignable form was all messed up & multiple email exchanges and emails supposedly sent to me but never received. The fact that there are 3 rental agencies in the process resulted in way too much “ask the other party”. Pleasant people but spent way too much of my time on what should have been a simple rental.
