The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. Rachel was lovely to meet in person and very friendly! Without a doubt, the direct access down to the beach was the highlight of our stay at Walters Holiday Flats. It made every morning feel like a dream, just a few steps and we were on the beach. The flat itself was very neat and clean, which made settling in so easy and comfortable.

The flat was very well built and maintained for such a small space. Thought was given to the extra blackets, the coffee machine and the clothes line (desite there being a dryer in the communal laundry) the artwork was no better than jervis bay itself The rooms and the wardropes were spacious. The kitchen lacked pots and pans (or maybe we didnt find them?) It was equiped with everything else The direct access to the beach and outdoor shower was it for me. Loved loved our stay there. Wish we could stay a month. When we do visit jervis bay again - we will be staying at walters for sure. Thank you Rachel- meeting you was such a pleasure. Such a kind and caring nature to you and carefree by the beach - super jealous. Wishing you lots of blessings in this new year. Kadija and Family.

Perfect location, easy to get to. The beach is amazing. Facilities were nice and comfortable. Having a/c would make it that bit more comfortable, in the hotter weather. The host was lovely, would highly recommend this accommodation. We'll be back soon.

Location location

It's all about the beach. The unit is very neat. Perfect for us as a couple and would be adequate with 2 children. Great value when compared to other offerings in the vicinity. Access to the beach is the best feature of this property. Will be returning.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Walters holiday flats. The property was everything we wanted and even better than the photos. Furniture and beds comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for two adults and 2 kids. Four adults might find it a bit squishy. Location was fantastic, with private stairs to the beautiful whites sands on the beach. Cafe two doors down was handy and everyone was very friendly. Only a short drive to coles and woolies. I would definitely stay again.

Great location!

It was such a great location and private access to Hyams beach! The flat could do with a bit more utensils etc and a bigger BBQ and the linen situation could do with an update and be included in the cost in my opinion. They mention they have a doona but it’s comforter not something you want to sleep with, also the mattress is so hard so unless you like a hard mattress then this is for you. Other than that hearing the ocean and being close to the beach is the highlight.

All the mattresses are brand NEW and all are medium firmness, the most popular kind. People can see the bed covering clearly in the photos and there are ample blankets in each flat if you prefer.
