Excellent location and amenities

The apartment was luxurious, it had more than you need. Great kitchen, 2 a/c units, amazing sea views. The bed was very comfortable, also great wifi. Just the bathroom was kind of tight if you are a tall person like me (190cm), but well equipped. The parking spot in the private parking garage was spacious and safe. Right around the complex/harbour there are various types of restaurants and a convenience store. There is a boat rental place. A nice sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away, not too crowded and with showers, toilets and restaurants. St.Tropez is a short shuttle boat ride away from the harbour, avoiding driving and parking there, and its fun. I had a memorable time there. The owner was always available for advise or anything. I recommend!

A Pleasant Stay in a Quirt Part of Time

Overall, we had a nice stay at the penthouse. The location is about 15-30 minutes away from St. Tropez, in a very small town near a marina. It is lovely though a little hard to find. The check-in process is easy. The apartment itself is very clean with a beautiful porch. We spent much of the time outside. However, the upstairs of the penthouse is very small. And at times uncomfortable. The upstairs living space has a bed, bathtub, shower and toilet. At 6ft tall I could barely sit on the toilet or use the shower. I had to duck my head when shuffling upstairs. I decided to sleep downstairs on the couch because if I were to get up at night I would hit my head on the wood beams.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine perfekte Lage mit Blick und Terrasse nach vorn auf den Hafen und auf die Bucht von St. Tropez (Sonnenaufgänge inklusive). Besonders schön ist, dass überall bodentiefe Fenster vorhanden sind. Wer an Booten und dem Treiben einer Marina interessiert ist, kann den ganzen Tag schöne Boote sehen. Der nächste Strand ist rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für ein kurzes Bad ist es ausreichend; vorteilhaft ist, dass Dank des Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage des Hauses bzw. auf dem abgesicherten Außenparkplatz keinerlei Parkplatzprobleme hat. Selbst der örtlich größte Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in nur zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Von der Wohnung aus kann ebenso St. Tropez schnell mit den Bateaux Verts erreicht werden. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Ausstattungsgegenstände; uns hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass die Toilette und Dusche auf der oberen Ebene und nicht vom übrigen Raum abgetrennt sind. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört. Alles war sehr sauber. Lediglich am Stauraum könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Der Gastgeber war vor Ort und hatte im Vorfeld detaillierte Beschreibungen und Karten geschickt, was die Ankunft und den Aufenthalt sehr erleichterte. Der Gastgeber Jan ist sehr zuvorkommend und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen das Appartement besonders wegen der Lage selbst und als Ausgangspunkt zu attraktiven Orten und schönen Stränden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Traumausblick auf Saint Tropez!

Super schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage und Traumblick auf Saint Tropez. Perfekte Organisation und Abwicklung durch den Vermieter. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Gute Restaurants und schöner Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfach ein rundum gelungener und perfekter Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir ein weiteres mal. Vielen Dank.
