A list of detailed check-out instructions will be available on the kitchen counter, with an additional copy inside the guest binder for easy reference.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our property is situated on 2 private acres divided from other homes within The Ledges area by woods, yet we are minutes away from Moosehead Lake, Lilly Bay State Park, Greenville for shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and Friends of the Mountain Ski Resort, etc.
What makes this property unique
ATV and Snowmobile trails can be accessed right from the driveway. Play, sight see and shop Moosehead area during the day. Cook in our fully applianced kitchen or outdoor grill on the deck, then wind down in the hot tub at night under the stars and end your day in front of a cozy fire.
