Short walk to the Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping. One minute walk to the beach and less to the pool when leaving the condo.

While wanting a day at the beach we drove over to Cocoa Beach not realizing it was so close only about an hour away. While I was out on the Tiki Bar at the Cocoa Beach pier I had that peaceful easy feeling that I really wanted to live here in Cocoa Beach and experience the margaritaville lifestyle. Now as a VRBO Premier Host I’m happy to share that same feeling with you!
