Worked very well with our extended family. Grand parents upstairs and children and grands down (along w the noise). Airco a big plus. The outside landscaping needing trimming but that was attended to after a couple of days. The home is a little older and had a number of things that needed attention many of which were addressed fairly quickly.

This is a very comfortable and spacious house, with plenty of room for our group of family and friends. The second floor shower wasn’t great — alternatively freezing and scalding one, with no middle ground — but, other than that, all was good. Easy drive to both mountains and downtown area.

So fun & great for large groups!

We loved staying here after the holidays with our family! It had enough space to accommodate all 13 of our family members (which included 2 babies), comfortably. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are large and open, and the home is an excellent distance to the ski hill, town center, and many other fun activities. The owner was kind and easy to work with. Will definitely be coming again and sharing with friends!

Great location! Perfect accommodations for our family, my mom was really looking forward to using the hot tub, one of the reasons we chose this place but the water was green and the hot tub dirty. But that was the only shortfall, we all had a great time!

We have stayed here as a group of 10, 4 times. It is a great location with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of extra bedding, plenty of beds, kitchen is well stocked, very clean. Perfect for our weekend in Sun Valley.

Luxury Vacation Home

We spent a few days here on a Sun Valley ski trip and it was an amazing property to come back to after a day on the slopes. It’s close to the center of town and the resort and has all the amenities to feel right at home. The hot tub was absolutely a plus to rest our sore muscles!

Very cozy home and each of the 4 couples had enough space to enjoy their own quiet time. Fireplace room was a hit!! And hot tub was very nice after skiing. Location was the perfect distance from town and ski area. Would stay here again:)

Quiet & Peaceful

Great house with tons of room for adults and dogs- deck on back was nice to sit out in am and in evenings. Plenty of space and beds, beds are comfortable! Quiet neighborhood to walk dogs and go for walk/runs. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Stay close to the Slopes

This home is gorgeous and has PLENTY of space for a big group. It is less than 5 minutes to get to Baldy and only a few more minutes to get into Ketchum for dinner. We really enjoyed our short time at this property and are already trying to figure out a time to get back!

Perfect location!

We had 8 adults on a ski trip. It was close to the resort and town. The house was perfect size for all 8 of us. It was very clean. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
