Fantastic property in Sun Valley

This is a perfect property for either a short term or extended stay in Sun Valley. Property was well stocked with all the amenities you would expect at your own home. The owners were kind and responsive to any and all of our questions. There is a separate bonus room with a couch and TV which makes it ideal for guests that need some downtime away from the rest of the family. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay i...

We had a wonderful stay in this condo in February of 2009. The snow was very good and a condo suited our needs perfectly. With 4 bedrooms, den, large living room and ample size kitchen, 4 adult males had lots of space. The 3 flat screen displays allowed ESPN (or the weather channel) to keep us all up-to-date on the important news of the day. I would highly recommend this place for skiers. (We might be back for some flyfishing!)

Such a beautiful and comfortable home!

We had so much fun staying in Sun Valley! Having this beautiful home made it so comfortable for all of our kids and their wives. The furniture is quality, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was upgraded. Just a really nice, comfortable home with plenty of space to play games and sit and visit!

Wonderful fall vacation

Enjoyed staying at the Morelands townhouse in Elkhorn Village. Weather was perfect. The aspen trees were in their brilliant fall yellow colors. Townhouse is in a perfect location. Very private yet close to Sun Valley Lodge and the town of Ketchum. Had a great time watching the Trailing of the sheep parade.

This was a great place for our Group of two families with younger kids. The kids had a great time at the pool, the dads had a great time at the golf course. The townhouse was roomy, clean, and just what we were looking for.

Our family stayed in this townhouse and the adjoining townhouse for the best vacation ever! We had 11 family members from all parts of the country. Location was excellent, porch on the back overlooking the golf course was incredible. Don’t hesitate to book this property !!

Great place - spacious!!

We loved being on the golf course. The kids were out sledding or building snowman everyday. And the place was roomy enough for us, our 3 kids, and our nanny to all be comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation in SunValley-Elkhorn

Excellent accommodations at the Morelands townhouse. Love the interior decor. This is our third rental. Great views of the mountains from the patio. It's so quiet and relaxing. When we need our Sun Valley fix this is the spot.

Nice condo on the golf course

Our family of four had a very nice stay at this comfortable and spacious condo on the golf course. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck which overlooked the ninth green of the Elk Horn course. My son was able to take tennis clinics in the morning which he really enjoyed. It was also nice to have the extra TV room as some of our group was working from home. The owner was responsive and very communicative and made things easy. Thumbs up to this nice, spacious place to stay!

Booked on short notice, extremely conscientious communication by owner to ensure we had everything we need. The property is immaculate and high quality, well-stocked with supplies, excellent entertainment setup, beautiful neighborhood, enjoyed evenings on the deck! Only complaint is booking fees & cleaning fees were a little high compared to other properties. No AC but that's pretty typical for high-mountain properties that are cool at night even in the Summer and only a problem if you're hanging out upstairs during the afternoon. Overall great experience and would absolutely book here again.

Why they chose this property

We love it here because of the tremendous views of Dollar mountain and top of Baldy. It is right on the golf course which has crosscountry skiing in the winter. It has abundant open space, provides close access to all our outdoor fun. It is right on the bike path and free bus system. And we get all the amenities of Elkhorn including usage of 2 big outdoor pools, jacuzzis and tennis courts.

What makes this property unique

The townhome has been completely remodeled with a very large outdoor deck and provides alot of space for adults and kids. Dollar Mountain skiing is only 1-2 minutes away by car or bus. The big ski hill - Baldy is 10 minutes by car and a little longer by free bus service. The open space and mountain air is invigorating.
