Close proximity to great restaurants (Restaurant Chez Hugo, Hotel Restaurant des Deux Rocs, etc) , and things-to-do (only a 30-min drive to Lac de Saint-Casien where you can paddle board and go fishing, or learn how to cook or bake at the Institut Gastronomie Riviera, etc).

The property offers 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms in the main floor with 1 full bath, and 1 Master's apartment upstairs with ensuite, walk-in shower, and a balcony with a view). The kitchen and living area has a south exposure overlooking the large pool and uninterrupted view of the hillside. The grounds are dotted with olive trees and mature cypress trees.

We can easily accommodate 3 cars.
