The home is easy to find and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and spacious with really comfortable beds and linens. We loved the views of the water and all of the extra supplies included, such as toiletries and kitchen utensils. Our 3 year old loved the toys and play area. Highly recommend!! We plan to stay here again.

Such a wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed fishing of the dock and showing our granddaughter all the fishy finds. We even saw an alligator gar and an alligator! The home was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed! Quietest place we've found so far when visiting the area! You feel remote, yet you are so close to everything! Communication with the owner/s was excellent and no issues needed reporting. This has by far been our favorite vacation home while visiting family! We definitely want to return next year when we come back! Thank you!

This home was a great place to stay! I’d recommend it to everyone. I chose it as it was close to water and near my son. If you book this property you must take the kayaks out! It’s so beautiful and peaceful out on the water. Everything was perfect!!!

The placa is in a very quite area which was good, but the place overall is visibly worn out in all aspects something that it is not easy identifiable at the time I looked up.

This place is not for everyone. We prefer positive vibes in our house. If the guest wasn’t happy he was welcome to go stay at the Red Roof Inn down the street. We also don’t want to rent to him again.

Nice Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay for our trip. It was clean and the AC worked well. Never got the chance to fish but wish we could’ve. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there was almost no traffic.

Great, safe, quiet location. Easy process. Great space! Our teen boys loved kayaking and fishing right out of our back door. Owners were very responsive and helpful! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect Getaway for Family, Fun, and Relaxation

Our family had a fantastic stay! We originally came to the area for a beach soccer tournament, but ended up enjoying so much more thanks to the relaxing atmosphere. Bringing our own boat was a huge plus. We spent quality time on the water, fishing and even spotting dolphins in the bay near the canal. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We truly hope to return in the future!

Clean and quiet!

This house was perfect for our week in Milton for a sporting event. It was clean, functional, and quiet. Everything we needed for our athletes. We plan on staying here again in the near future.

Great find!

We found the property to be extremely clean and stocked with kitchen ware, linens and outdoor equipment. The outdoor area was lovely, though our stay was cold, so we did not use it or the equipment. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to access for travel in various directions. We hope to stay again as we are building in the area over the next year.

Absolutely Perfect!

Such a GREAT find! The house was spotless and everything we needed provided. Close to everything. So relaxing just sitting on the deck watching the water. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. We were able to dock our boat in the backyard and fish each morning and afternoon. We found a nice trout hole to fish and had a BLAST! The landing is right around the corner and is very nice. Everything we needed was in the home and garage. It's a great place to take the family for vacation, especially if you want to bring a boat. BONUS...the neighbors are very nice!!

great location

We wanted to be close to our daughter and this location was 8 minutes from her house. Getting the key from the lockbox was a little difficult and the back flooded with rain so we had to take luggage out through the garage. Could stand some bedside table lamps. House was clean and lots of room if you needed it for family.
