A beautiful old stone city villa with modern touch as part of a semi-detached house is located in the prestigious Split Old Town area - Radunica. It offers a combination of privacy and convenient access to the city centre. CroBeauty stone house was built in 1847. in a peaceful location in the center of Split. The complete renovation of this old beauty started in January of 2019., and it finished in early spring of 2020. The house consist of 3 floors and covers the area of 90 sqm. CroBeauty is located just 3-minute walk from Diocletian Palace, and 0.4 miles from Bacvive beach. All the rooms in the house are air-conditioned and equipped by iMac's, free WiFi included.

Quiet and close to everything

We enjoyed this property. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the everything in Split. Well kept and very clean. Prompt response from management

Great location

Perfect location and great for our 1 night to visit split before moving on to the visit the rest of Croatia. Great air con in rooms. Plus they kindly left some cold beers for us in the fridge
