Definitely not a good experience

While the host was very responsive before our stay, during our stay there were issues like faucet not working, door handles coming off, cockroaches - told that maintenance would be sent but never came after 6 days. The WORST was the unfinished laundry room with wires hanging down, leaking washer on the floor and the lack of adequate or unusable pans in the kitchen. The skillet was so disgusting that no one would ever cook with it.Typical supplies were not included. Had to buy hair dryer, skillet, trash bags, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, etc. I WISH I could attach pictures. Beds were comfortable which is the best I can say. Don’t be taken in by the pictures of the house. Needs paint, repairs, rust removal and the like.

Owner is a lifesaver!

Our family was unexpectedly displaced from our home due to water damage right at Thanksgiving time. The owner immediately responded to my request about the property and my family was able to swiftly and quickly move to the property. Communication was top notch and owner was super helpful with all of my questions, concerns and requests during this stressful time. Neighborhood is very nice and in very convenient area to all parts of East Cobb. House is spacious and comfortable and is a lot of fun too! Our kids loved all the gaming and entertainment options and the the fenced yard was very convenient for our dog. We cannot thank the owner enough for helping us through this stressful time and making sure we were taken care of! Thank you!
