Beachfront package: Two 1 bdrms on the same porch/View/Parking/Backyard!

Traveling with extended family or group of friends ? Two couples want to stay in separate units, but spend time on a beach together? We have a perfect solution for you! Oceanview covered terrace, private front yard, large backyard with gazebo. Two private parking spaces . Are you intrigued ?

If you look closely at the pictures you can see that the building locating on the corner of Georgia st and Surf Road at the entrance to the beach and Hollywood boardwalk (130 feet from the door to the beach).

15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort; 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog Race Track, Casinos, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale-Las Olas. Only 40 minutes away from South Beach and Brickell.

This is very quite side of the Hollywood beach and Boardwalk all entertainment is in 10-15 min walk down the Boardwalk.

Water Taxi runs through this area, as well as Ft. Lauderdale. The four stops in Hollywood are Joe's Tiki Bar and Grill; Giorgio's Bakery; the Diplomat Beach Resort; and the Crowne Plaza Resort Hotel. Tickets start at $10 for one day.

Both apartments are in our private apartment building. Each apartment will accommodate or 2 adults with 2 children.
Both equipped with electronic locks that very easy to use and you do not need to carry the keys, very convenient on a beach.
We require photo ID submitted at the time of  booking and permitting guests over 25 years old ONLY.
Full kitchen ( microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pants, plates, glasses, and etc.)

Each Bedroom has a queen size bed and living room has sofa convertible in a full size bed, in addition we included twin size roll away bed. Nite stand lamps have usb chargers.
in each apartment:
2 sets queen size sheets, queen comforter, 1 set full size sheets and comforter, 1 set of twin size sheets and comforter for the roll away bed, 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, beach towels, beach chairs and much much more.

Roku TV with all available applications, Wifi internet with excess point.

Private Parking is available next to the building for 2 compact cars.
If you choose to use larger size car you can purchase Hollywood guest parking permit $21 per week and park on any designated parking spaces on a street.

We provide "Starter Pack" of cleaning supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, paper napkins, coffee filters, small bottle of dishwasher detergent, and simple toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.). We do not have laundry facilities on the property.


Gazebo at the Back yard is available for vacation renters.
NO grilling, barbecuing or using water hose on the property.
Vacation renters can not enter any locked or unlocked storage units that are not designated for the specific apartment's use.

CHECK – IN: 4PMAn early arrival may be arranged, for an additional fee of $50 and pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make these arrangements. CHECK – OUT:  11 AM. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the vacation rental for any incoming guests. A late departure may be arranged, for an additional fee of $50 pending other reservations and the housekeeping schedule. If you have not arranged for a late check out, you may be charged a fee for each hour beyond your late check out time if you are still on property. If the property has not been vacated by, a fee equal to the rental rate of one day  may be assessed.
No smoking.
No pets.
No parties.
No grilling or barbecuing.
No Spring Breakers. Minimum age requirement is 25.
The entrance lock combination will be issued with Valid Government issued Photo ID for each guest.

If at anytime the maximum number of occupancy is exceeded or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500.

If any sign of smoking or pets is discovered inside the house the guest authorizes the owner to charge the minimum fee of $500.

If at anytime guests leave a/c units "on" at departure we will charge $100

If at anytime guests leave garbage at departure we will charge $50.

Renters will be charged for missing or destroyed bedding and towels, please do not replace it on your own.
