With a private hot tub, fully fenced backyard, two levels of living space, and room for up to eight guests, this welcoming cabin is a comfortable home base for family vacations, ski trips, and getaways with friends. Set in a convenient Bear City location, the cabin keeps you within a short ten-minute drive of ski resorts, grocery stores, and Big Bear Lake activities while giving you a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day.

Inside, two spacious levels give everyone room to settle in and enjoy their stay. Gather together in the comfortable living room, warm up beside the fireplace after a day on the mountain, or enjoy a laid-back movie night with the group. The equipped kitchen and dining area make meals at home simple, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes, packing snacks for a lake day, or sitting down together for dinner after exploring Big Bear.

Three bedrooms are spread across both floors, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. On the entry level, Bedroom 1 features a twin-over-twin bunk bed plus two additional twin beds. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers one full bed plus one twin bed, while Bedroom 3 features a queen bed. Two full hallway bathrooms—one on each level—make the layout especially convenient for larger groups. A washer and dryer are also available for longer stays, wet winter clothes, and everyday vacation convenience.

Outside, your private fenced backyard becomes a relaxing mountain oasis. Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
