☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Bear Haus is a four bedroom vacation home that can accommodate large groups of friends or even a family reunion. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms feature a queen bed, one double bed and one single bed, and two queen beds.

All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, cozy bedding, and offer plenty of storage space for your things. Although spacious, strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. Our cabin's maximum occupancy is eight guests. The local ordinances are strictly enforced - thank you for understanding.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are two full bathrooms in the cabin. One is an ensuite to the primary suite downstairs, and one is located in the upstairs hallway. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub combination and is painted a pretty green color that keeps the nature feeling alive even while you’re indoors.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The stunning open-concept kitchen has all the basics for cooking up savory meals. You’ll find modern appliances, spacious granite countertops, a dishwasher, and cookware. There is even a coffee station to make your morning caffeine intake a breeze. Enjoy your meals as a group at the large indoor dining table, or head to the deck to enjoy outdoor dining with a view.

The cozy living room is an ideal space for relaxing after a long day of exploring South Tahoe. This room is equipped with a gas fireplace, comfy couches, and a large flat screen TV. There is no cable, but you can bring your log-in info for your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

☆☆ GAME ROOM ☆☆
If the competitive juices are flowing, head over to the game room and challenge your companions to a foosball tournament. This room has additional seating space if you’d like to curl up with a book away from the rest of the group.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The property is backed by conservancy land, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest as you breathe in the fresh mountain air. The cabin boasts over 200 square feet of decking from which to enjoy the views, and you’ll find plenty of places to sit back and relax in this area. You can even grill your group dinner on the BBQ on warm summer nights.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the entire cabin via smart lock. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in and is valid for the duration of your stay. Due to local rules, we allow a maximum of 8 people in the cabin at any given time- though children under the age of 5 do not count towards the occupancy. Please note that there are strictly no pets allowed, so kindly leave your furry friend at home. There is a $1000 penalty per pet.

Free parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. Any extra vehicles cannot be parked on the road. If you do park on the road, your car might be towed at the owner's expense. Extra parking is available at casinos, heavenly parking garage, or other public parking lots. Note that a 4x4 vehicle is required in winter. If you do not have a 4x4 please ensure you carry chains in winter.

We don’t allow early check-in or late check-out. Late check-out charges will be $100 per half hour.

Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow. The back deck is not shoveled in the winter. Fireplace is not operational/pilot out in the summer between 5/15-10/15.

We don't provide refunds for weather/snow storms/power outages/other things beyond our control. We recommend purchasing travel insurance should something unexpected require cancelling your trip for any reason (there are many web searchable options).
