When we arrived the screen door for the slider was broken- and could not be repaired. It was warm weather and we couldn’t have the door open. With the price we paid, we feel like that was not ok.

While the sliding screen door was not able to be repaired during this guest’s stay, the issue has since been fixed. We also recognize that this was a concern given the warm weather and the guest’s expectations for the property. As a gesture of goodwill, compensation was provided to address the aspect of the experience the guest felt was unfair. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns and remain committed to providing a positive experience for our guests. Perfect Stay!

The location was perfect (about a 10 minute walk to Gondola Square) and an even shorted walk to the bus (use "The Rockies 2"). Amenities were great and the place was very clean and warm. Would recommend!!!

Great place!

Great place to stay. Shuttle easily accessible or you can even walk to the lift if you like. Hot tub came in handy and the fact that this is on the first floor makes it much easier after a long day on the slopes.
