Nice place, we would stay again!

Nice place to stay. A short two block walk to the Beach or two blocks to the shopping strip. Plenty of places to eat. Either restaurants or street vendors. Our room was on second floor. Since there is no elevator, you must be able to walk up stairs. Definitely would stay, again!

We arranged transfer with the host & transfer didn't show up! We had to arrange another transfer & paid 2000 pesos with another transportation company, instead of the 1500 we were initially quoted when we booked the transfer. Bought new coffee pot as the coffee pot there quit working & they refused to reimburse us, never replaced lawn chair that broke. Pool was completely unusable. The main bedroom ensuite is musty smelling & has black mold. When we arrived there was no dish cloth, tea towel, garbage bags, coffee filters. It definitely needs upgrading. Good location.

This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and great location property. I could buy my own groceries and cook at home or choose to variety of restaurants, all at walking distance. The beds are comfortable, for a good night sleep, and the living room has nice sofas and chairs to rest after a long day of fun. It is not beach front, but I just had to walk around the corner to see the sea. Very close to 5th Av. where all the action is, but far enough for not hear the loud music at night.The safe battery seems to be low so we could not use it,the master bathroom shower, comes out very little water, and the glass curtain is partially loose, so water leaks to the floor.Be aware of the excursion seller at the corner of the street, they will tell you one price, but when is time to pay it is different, for us was for a lot more.

Great place but needs a few updates

Great place! Close to the beach, a lot of space, great kitchen. Loved the apartment! We had requested a baby crib and it wasn’t there when we arrived during the night, so it was a problem when we wanted to put our baby to sleep.A few things weren’t working such as the A/C in the first bedroom. Also, the shower and bath faucets were slightly broken.There was a bit of mold in the shower.It was a bit weird that they did not provide extra plastic bags for the garbage. They said we had to buy our own. Never seen that before.And the wifi connection was poor.If those things were to be fixed, the stay would have been perfect.
