Nice stay overall with beautiful views. Check in instructions could have been a bit clearer/sent ahead of time, and bedding did not fit pull-out bed, hosts appeared to communicate primarily through AI. Otherwise it was clean, functional and well-supplied.
The place was great, clean, and easily accessible. The location was right by a park and walking path and close to many restaurants downtown! We’d stay there again
The property is clean and well maintained, and very convenient to downtown - decent views. Tony was super helpful and made my trip go super smoothly. Will stay there again!

A perfect stay!
This place was amazing. We were there for a conference at the Hilton Anchorage and this was less than a 10 minute walk away. It was very well taken care of and had all of the things we needed. Right beside the entrance to the Coastal trail and an amazing view of the water. The price was better than nearby hotels. Highly recommend staying here!

Memories that will last
The location is absolutely prime. Not far from places worth visiting and things to do. Sunset is beautiful and picturesque. Will do again.
We made the mistake of trying to book a random Anchorage hotel online and it turned out to be a bad area, so I immediately took to VRBO and this little place was a lifesaver! We were up here for the ASAA high school basketball state tournament and this location was so gorgeous and convenient. Very clean and has everything you need. We will definitely try to stay here again next time.
Great location and nice place. Communication was not very good, but it could have been my phone service provider back in Chicago. Overall, a great stay. Thank you.
This bottom floor studio has a great view of the coast and could not be closer to the access point for the coastal trail. The place was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the bed was not very comfortable - we felt like we were sinking into the middle

Very cute apartment very convenient
The apartment overall was very nice as were the accommodations, the bed, and there was everything there that you could think of. The only thing missing was a dresser of some sort to put your clothes this apartment was on the first floor
There was a concert in the park across the street and my husband sat on the swing outside and really enjoyed it! Bonus! The place was very cute and very clean! We were happy there was a fan in the unit too!

Great Location, Accommodating Owner
Great location with an excellent view in a quintessential, Alaska remodel. Love the authenticity of the place, unlike super modern buildings with no character. I switched Apts to one that better accommodated my stay. The owner answered the phone immediately, and had no problem making the switch. Clean and comfortable in prime downtown location. I felt very fortunate to stay. I would highly recommend.

great place near inlet & town
Place is great for a couple. Bed was comfortable, bath is modern & living room works fine.Parking could be issue but as long as everyone takes spot & thinks about other cars it should be no problem.Host was very responsive when we called & told him bath sink was not flowing. He fixed within 4 hrs.
This was our second stay there and have been in both downstairs units. They are comfortable and well maintained. I planned the timing of our Alaska cruise and extended vacation around being able to stay there. The location is perfect for us since we enjoy walking the trails in Anchorage. Just a few steps and you are on the Coastal Trail or climb the hill and you are downtown. The owner is available, responsive and a very nice gentleman. It's not the Hyatt, but we would stay here even if the price was the same. As I said, perfect for us and if you enjoy a simple relaxing spot with a great view of Cook Inlet you will too.
The property is adequate, but a few tweaks would make it much better...a table/surface behind bathroom door to set clothing and toiletries on, hooks on the wall in the bedroom for hanging jackets and other clothing, a box of tissues, more than one bath towel per guest. I messaged the host multiple times about our late arrival and never received a response. I've rented numerous short-term rentals and have never had an unresponsive host. Just very grateful that we had no urgent concerns that needed immediate attention.

Good Location, , but not much else
Uncomfortable bed and furniture. The other units could be heard constantly and all through the night. Management company makes you get another login/app to evolve in order to access property information.
Internet issue reported late evening was resolved, but the management company called and texted me every hour from 7:00 am until 9:00 to confirm.
Would not stay there again.

We really liked the location of this property. It is walking distance to train station, walking trails, wonderful restaurants and shopping. We used Uber instead of renting a car. The property was clean and comfortable with amazing views! Thanks so much!
