Mountain Modern Ski in Ski Out 3BR Condo; Clubhouse w/ Pool & Hot Tubs

This fully remodeled mountain modern condo is beautifully appointed with true ski in ski out location! In 2020 we totally remodeled our unit with a new kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms, updated carpeting and wood floors and completely replaced the furniture to give a sleek new mountain modern look. When you walk into the Condo you are greeted by a sense of spaciousness created by the 20' high vaulted ceilings and ~1800 sq ft. of living space. The fireplace provides an instant sense of warmth. The tastefully appointed rooms complete the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat.

The Condo is located within Tyra Summit, an attractive two building complex which is right on the 4 O'clock ski run. True ski in and ski out access means you can ski home for lunch and then back again after a challenging day on the slopes. Our building has a pool and two hot tubs for you to relax and socialize. We also provide undercover parking for one vehicle.

The Condo is situated on the top floor of Tyra Summit which provides peace and quiet. The nearby elevator makes for easy access. From the deck you can watch the skiers whisk by on the 4 O'clock ski run. There is a nice view of the mountains. In the summer, the ski run turns into an alpine like setting.

Sleeping Accommodations:
Sleeps six to eight people. There are two master bedrooms, each with private baths. A master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a second master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. A second downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is near a hall bath. An upstairs loft is furnished with a full/twin bunk bed providing additional sleeping options. Lots of closet and drawer space. There are TV's in each of the bedrooms.

For Dining:
Fully equipped 'cook's' kitchen, where you can prepare a meal over, a glass of wine. Range and oven. Built-in microwave. Dishwasher. Refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker and coffee grinder. Heinkle knives, Calphalon cookware. Many small appliance for food preparation. Large center island for congregating. Dining table seats eight. Spices, condiments, flour sugar, etc... available for your use.

For The Family:
A warm and inviting fireplace in the living room. Entertainment center in living room has Sonos system and large flat screen TV. TV is connected to cable with a variety of channels, including movie channels. Board games for family and children's entertainment.

Other Extras:
Access to our clubhouse with an indoor pool, two hot tubs. We even provide extra towels to take to the pool/hot tubs! Free unlimited high speed internet access is available as well. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the Condo. Covered parking for one car.
