Brian Head modern condo

The property was well appointed and quite comfortable. Everything necessary in the kitchen for cooking nice meals. Plenty of room and extra blankets and pillows if needed. Exactly as listed, easy 1 minute walk to the Giant Steps lift. I would rent again.

Very unclear instructions as how to enter the property. Once inside it was extremely warm. A superintendent came by to check something and he mentioned how someone should have come by before our arrival to at least open windows to cool the place down. There were bugs everywhere. Stairs and railing needed to be cleaned. Not many towels so had to wash during our stay. There's 2 balconies that really could use a makeover along with some lights. One of the beds upstairs collapsed and we had to fix ourselves as it was a holiday weekend and didn't expect someone to come by. The gas fireplace had been left on and we didn't notice until it got dark our first night and noticed the flame, probably adding to the heat of the unit. A great spot to watch the fireworks and that made up for the other issues.

The property is beautiful, nicely decorated and convenient, right across from Giant Steps, but it was disgustingly dirty. Carpets and floors were not clean. You could see crumbs and dirt on the ground. The dishes, cutlery and utensils had caked on food. The coffee maker did not work as they have the wrong pot with the maker. We were only there for 2 nights and not worth making the call to have someone come out and have to deal with it. Before booking, I had reached out, after reading a bad, older review on here that it was not clean and was assured the property would be clean. It was NOT! I should at least get the cleaning fee back as we left it better than it was when we arrived. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Where to begin. Walked in to quickly realize this place hadn’t seen a working vacuum in a rather long period of time. There was a broken one in the closet so maybe housekeeping g had been just running over the dirt, lint, tissue shards and food for quite some time. Big sticky ring and food particles on the kitchen table. Hair in tub, on bathroom floor, and special hairs on the toilet. When we left I told the kids to check under their beds for anything they might have left behind and they came down the stairs laughing about all the wrappers and empty cups from previous renters under the beds. This whole scenario was absolutely inexcusable. They didn’t address anything the day we arrived. It wasn’t until the end of day 2 that someone came to do the floors. The management company and cleaning company should be fired.

Simply the best!

The Best place We’ve ever stayed in Brian Head, with awesome snow Mountain View, walking distance to Giant step lift, very clean interior, 2 big size bathrooms, private 1 car garage, top notch customer service, and so on. Totally satisfied!

Great condo in a great location

Condo is across the street from Giant Steps, so close that you would be crazy to drive rather than walk. Also is within walking distance to the small grocery store in town, as well as pizza and Thai food restaurants. The condo is completely equipped for staying in and cooking also. Even has a washer and dryer if you need to do a quick load of laundry. Couldn’t be happier with the place.

Convenient

We loved the property and the convenience to the slopes. We had some plumbing issues but they tried to take care of it. The home is lovely, spacious and our kids loved sleeping in the loft. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything and the washer/dryer was great.
