7 Bedrooms: 5 up and 2 down 7 1/2 Baths: 5 up and 2 1/2 down Beds: 1 king, 6 queens up; 2 queens, 1 sofabed down New construction in June 2011. Covered porches. Enclosed outside shower. Private pool (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F) Pool dimensions approximately 14 x 26 with spill over 8 x 8 kiddie pool. Marsh view home located one block from the beach. Internet access is wireless. No smoking or pets allowed.

This property has security cameras installed by the owner located in the pool room, under the A/C, front of the house, backyard and stairs.
