Beautiful Vacation Home!

We absolutely loved staying is this beautiful vacation home! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is clean and well maintained, kitchen and bathrooms updated and clean. Neighborhood is very nice and the people are friendly. If we come back for another visit, we will not waste any time searching for another vacation rental - we will pick this one.

Great House and Perfect pool setup

Stayed here with our friends who own the house and this was the perfect place for our group. Well equipped home, extremely clean, super easy access to Riviera, grocery and resturaunts. All the extra amenities in the house were an added bonus to keep us well entertained while not on the water.

We had an amazing stay at this Lake Havasu rental! The house was spotless when we arrived and felt very well cared for. The pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day on the lake. The air conditioning kept the entire home refreshingly comfortable, even in the 108° summer heat. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed while still feeling private and quiet. Great communication with the owners. Overall, this property made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu!

Great house, amazing pool!

Our family (5 kids, 2 adults) loved our stay! There was plenty of bed space and linens. Kitchen had everything needed. As a mom of 5, we are always “worried” about the pool being big enough for our crew. This pool was amazing. We loved the gradual, shallow walk-in which was great for the littles and our bigs enjoyed the deep end. The pool was huge and plenty warm (June stay). Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Checkin was easy but don't get there early had to wait outside till exactly 4pm for the door to unlock. Home was great, clean and had all we needed for 8 people, could use a few more towels. Outside TV doesn't work which was something we were looking forward to and speakers and DVD player in the living room don't work or instructions could be written in more detail to help. Pool was great but there are no lounge chairs to lay out in the sun, had to lay on concrete but we made do, just something to know. Make sure on day of checkout you have everything out because when you lock the door even before your checkout time you can't get back in. Overall good experience and good location.

Hit and miss

The house was clean, the owner was extremely communicative. Our shower never fully drained. The tub never locked to Give the toddler a bath. The toilet broke and flooded the whole bathroom so we went a day and a half with 4 people in the home down to one bathroom- the master bath. The morning it happened I asked if it was something that could be fixed that day to prevent the hassle of waking others up to shower or use the bathroom or was communicated that the maintenance wasn’t available until the next day “which was ok since it was our checkout day” the solar pool cover was torn and never heated the pool while it was over 98 all days we were there. We had to take trash cans to the curb on sundays where one was already full of trash from the previous tenants.

Incredible pool house close to Lake Havasu. Comfortable memory foam beds and plenty of room with a Roku tv in every room. The pool is sloar heated with plenty of outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs for tanning and an outdoor dining table with chairs under the patio. Propane bbq grill next to the pool. In the garage, there is plenty of pool toys and floaties. Plenty of parking in the garage and driveway and side for your boat. Very nice washer and dryer for your use.

The home is very nice and spacious. It was a nice place for two families to vacation together. The pool was pretty and the outdoor furniture was great. However, we were disappointed in the pool temperature. It was not warm enough to swim, unfortunately. We had hoped the solar heaters would warm it enough to make it comfortable, but it looks like we were a couple weeks too early. Disappointing! The house is nicely stocked with kitchen items, etc. Thank you for that!
