About this property

Luxury villa with south facing pool; 15 minutes from DisneyWorld

Our 4 bed luxury villa is only 15 minutes drive from DisneyWorld, and 30 minutes from Universals theme parks. It is on a select gated community, Cumbrian Lakes, which has a children's play area and lakeside walks. The villa's south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area, and hedges between us and our neighbours mean the pool deck has a secluded feel to it.
The garage has been converted into a games area, with a pool table, and air hockey and futball tables.
The property is maintained to a very high standard - in the last 5 years it has had new carpets, new white goods in the kitchen, the outside has been painted and the pool surface has been recoated.

Cumbrian Lakes has a 9pm to 9am quiet time set by the HOA. This ensures that residents and guests are not disturbed by folks having large parties.
The HOA cuts all the grass on the community and they ask that, in order for it to look at its best, cars are parked on the drive not the grass.
The HOA has strict rules about trash cans/rubbish bins. They must be rolled back up the drive by midday on the day after they were emptied.
