Thank you for your feedback. As we did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding an issue with the washing machine, we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to investigate or assist at the time. The washing machine was checked and fully operational both prior to your arrival and following your departure. It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
