A peaceful wooded setting in a great neighborhood. This Austrian style chalet backs to miles of forest and is close to skiing the lake and casinos. The large front deck provides a great place to enjoy the wonderful Tahoe sunsets and tranquility of the community. Access to a community hot tub, clubhouse, and pool is included. (Pool is summer only) Working while on vacation? Wifi is available at this property although we can neither guarantee nor troubleshoot the service.
This property also features unlimited long distance calling, HBO and Cinemax as well as HD programming. As of November 30, 2021 this home will only be available for 31+ day rentals.

Pets Welcome! Pet approval and a separately charged pet fee will be required to confirm the booking. Pet fee: $35.00 per pet plus tax and a $100 refundable pet deposit per pet (Maximum of 2 pets)

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Great location

Stayed with our dogs. The location and overall condition of the house is great. However their was way too much dust and cobwebs inside the house. We ended up doing a lot of cleaning before settling in the house. I’d also recommend upgrading the locks to electronic so there would not be a need to drive an extra 15 minutes to check in and out. We’d definitely stay again, although It looks like short term vacations are pretty much out in South Lake.
