POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Boat trailers must be parked in the driveway which can accommodate a 24' long trailer. Most marinas offer boat trailer storage, but availability can be limited. Ask a Tahoe Getaways agent for a referral.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
