LOCATION: Your perfect Chatham vacation starts here in this newly renovated and furnished luxury home, featuring a heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May 15th to about October 1st). Close to Shore Rd and downtown Chatham, this beautiful 4-bedroom (with TWO King Primary En Suites) has central AC and is an easy walk to restaurants and shops in town, Oyster Pond, Cow Yard Beach, Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Bars Inn, the Chatham Fishing Pier, Chatham Anglers baseball games, and the playground.

HOUSE & PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: You will love preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and grilling on the patio with a table and chairs (seating for 8), 4 Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. You and your kids will have a ball swimming in the new heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May15th to about October 1st--all weather depending), playing on the huge, sprawling flat lawn, shooting hoops in the half-basketball court, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the pool or beach. Gather with your family in the living room with a large flat-screen 55" TV, lounge in the sun room, or play pool and watch the 65" TV in the lower level family room.

1st floor: #1 Bedroom - king primary en suite w/large marble full bath and 55” TV. #2 Bedroom - queen bed and large TV. #3 Bedroom - two bunk beds (4 twins total).

2nd floor: #4 Bedroom - a huge second king primary en suite (750+ sq ft) w/beautiful new Italian porcelain tile shower, living area with a Queen Pullout Sofa Bed, and large 65” TV.

* No Pets - this is a no-pets property, but this is not an allergen-free home as pets do visit from time to time

We loved our stay in Chatham. The property was beautiful. The location is ideal. A close walk to Chatham Fish Market, Chatham Bars Inn and downtown. We loved the yard and the pool.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! My friends and I went to Chatham for a girls trip and it was the perfect home for us - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, space in the common areas, etc. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and very clean, and has all the amenities you could think to need. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. The host was so helpful and easily available via text. Great location and a private back yard, and the pool and hot tub were our favorite part!

Chatham wedding weekend

My family stayed here when we were in Chatham for my nephew’s wedding. The home, pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Having two primary suites allowed my elderly in laws to stay with us very comfortably. The location is perfect. We enjoyed morning walks to town for coffee and afternoon walks to the pier to see the fishermen come in and to watch the seals. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again some day!

Wonderfully appointed home close to town

Enjoyed a terrific October weekend with college friends at this beautiful home. The space had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a pool table and fire pit. Walkable to Main Street and Chatham Bars Inn. Owners were great to work with and extremely responsive. Addition of pool will make this an awesome summertime rental.

Excellent clean and comfortable home

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Chatham. The house is perfectly located between the town and the shore. Also within easy reach of many other towns, beaches and kettle ponds. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and bbq areas. Lots of space to hang around in. Comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Claudine is very responsive and easy to work with.

Wedding weekend.

Beautiful property with 2 master suites 2 other bedrooms and great spaces. Loved the outdoor shower, fire pit, swimming pool and spa corner of pool. Impeccable maintained and very well equipped. We used this for our family and attended our daughter's wedding at nearby Wequassett.

Great location, layout and amenities

We had an amazing trip to Chatham over the holidays. Claudine was a gracious host and the house is perfect for families. It is well-equipped with all the creature comforts of home and everything is well-labeled. The location is perfect with downtown Chatham a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the basketball court and while we were there in the offseason and didn't get to use the pool or outdoor firepit, I can only imagine how great it must be in the summer. Amazing vacation home in Chatham!

My husband and I brought our 2 daughters to Chatham early summer and stayed in Claudine’s beautiful cape house. It was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate and very organized, beds were very comforteble and the backyard takes the cake with the stunning pool/hotub. We spent most of our time outside or in the pool and my 5 year old was so sad to leave. We will be back for years to come! Thank you Claudine!!

Exploring Chatham

This beautiful Chatham property was a joy for our multi-generational family vacation. The house and pool are as pictured, spacious and perfectly maintained. The host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could want to make for an easy and enjoyable stay. And she was always helpful and readily available for questions. The location is both private and very accessible to the many amenities in the Chatham downtown. We were pleased to find that we were close enough to explore the beaches of Wellfleet and Orleans, if we wanted to venture out, instead of just relaxing in comfort with a book by the pool. We definitely hope to return soon to this lovely vacation home.

Beautiful Property As Advertised

Wonderful experience and great hosts. Property is in great shape. Nice new TVs, clean furniture, fully stocked kitchen of appliances and utensils. Great tv/pool table room in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone between all the bedrooms and many common areas to relax. 10-15 min walk into town. 5 minute walk to the fishing docks. 10 min walk to Chatham Bars Inn. Highly recommend.

Great vacation week! Gracious and attentive host. House was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortably accommodated the 7 of us including 2 young children. Beautiful pool with resort furniture and nice outdoor eating area. Perfect location: walking distance to quiet beach, town, tennis, rail bike trail and playground. And complete guide provided which included helpful hints on where to eat and how to use everything. We would definitely return!
