Excellent Get a Way Stay

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of bedding and pillows were available. Loved having a grill to cook family dinners. Would recommend this rental to friends and family. Our family looks forward to rebooking if we find our way back to Indy!

Home was perfect for my son and I, staying a few days for a local automotive event. Nice quaint neighborhood and is super close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Will definitely choose this home if we come back.

Perfect for race fans

Took my 3 teenage nephews to the Speedway for an entire race weekend. The house was perfectly located, just a couple blocks from the track so we were able to walk back & forth. We will definitely keep this property in mind for next year.

Awesome location - cute, quiet neighborhood. Only took us about 10 minutes to get downtown to/from the Colts game. House was very clean, organized, plenty of room and everything we needed for our weekend of 2 adults, 1 kid.

Well Kept and So Cute!

Our friends lived staying in this home for a few days while in town for our daughter’s wedding. They said it was cute, very clean, and modern. Close to Main St., which was nice for our busy weekend! Would 100% recommend. Communication was top notch, as well.

Perfect when no races

The cottage is apparently used for big parties during races, but it was a perfect place to stay when visiting my brother in Speedway during other times. It was very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quiet. I love the touches of having room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and lamps in the living room. (These can be hard to find in rental houses.) And it was conveniently located and close to restaurants on Main Street. I hope to stay at the cottage during future family visits.

Kind of upset the grill wasn’t working nor the tv in the master bedroom. Location was good and communication was good. Pretty much anything with batteries would not work because all the batteries were dead.

Make sure you know the details

House was in a great location for the Racetrack. It was clean and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. We arrived late evening and to our surprise there was no soap (2 empty dispensers on the bathroom counter and one empty soap dispenser on the kitchen counter) so at 10:00 at night after a day of travel we had to go to the store to buy soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer and an iron, all of which we expected to be there. The host responded quickly saying the soap dispensers could be filled the next day if we wanted (which they never did) and that there was an iron in the closet, which there wasn’t. Then they texted that in 3 years they had never been asked for a hairdryer. A little hard to believe and all things mentioned are things we expected would have been in the house. Couldn’t even wash our hands after going to the bathroom when we arrived because there was no soap!Didn’t realize until the next morning (because we got back so late from the store) that the pillowcase in the master bedroom had makeup on it. Great location if you have to be at the track. Not very accommodating for ease of stay.

Super Location

The property was just the right place for us to stay while my friend had surgery at the Methodist hospital. The grocery store, restaurants, and art gallery were also close by. Greg answered any questions I had. If I ever need to come back I would definitely stay there again.
