Wonderful place to stay for Family Holiday. 6 adults and 3 under 5's. Very spacious with so much room.. Open plan living and deck area. Kayaks, 3 life jackets and fishing gear which was great for the children. Safe area on deck fully fenced from where the wee ones were entertained watching the ducks, swans etc. Beau was a great host and we appreciated his quick communication with us. A couple of issues that got sorted promptly, thank you so much Beau.

The property was an excellent fit for our needs. There was plenty of space and bedrooms for the family and the bridesmaids who also stayed for some of the days that we rented the home. The home provided all of the amenities we needed in a great neighborhood.

Communication with the host Beau was really easy and any issues are promptly handled. Location was great close to everything you needed and area is flat so easy to walk around into Broadbeach. Ammenities were comfortable and as stated - back bedrooms just got a bit hot as only fans in that area no aircon but we were a family of 10 with 4 generations and had a great week away Would definitely recommend

Beautiful & relaxing

Couldn’t have asked for anything more from this property or Beau as a host. Communication was best I have ever experienced, property was exactly as described. Plenty of space, plenty of fun for the kids down on the sand or on the dock. Loved it all, highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our holiday. Beau and Mel could not have been more helpful. Even allowed us to stay an extra night prior to arrival day. Any issues were dealt with immediately. Kitchen extremely well fitted out for number of guests.

Idyllic stay for our group of 10 ladies. Lovely large home on the canal, kayak got a workout and the spa was a big hit after our gruelling sports schedule. Walking distance into the heart of Broadbeach shops, eateries and the beach. Beau was excellent with his communication and kept us up to speed when we had a plumbing issue. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing host!

Beau is an awesome host who had made our stay and holiday extremely special and easy. My parents felt cold in their rooms and Beau immediately brought over 3 portable electric heaters for their rooms. My Dad also accidentally left his watch in the drawer when we had checked out and Beau was again every so helpful to assist us in retrieving it for us. Thank you Beau!!
