Great location and perfect for a short trip, easy walking distances, well equiped kitchen, good washer and dryer. However the place is quite dirty, carpet is filthy, man in apartment below smokes so the smell wafts up. Not there to spend time inside however.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the property's great location, found it well equipped, and appreciated the washer and dryer. We're sorry to hear the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we have shared your comments with our housekeeping team so they can address the issues you've raised. Regarding the cigarette smoke, we understand how unpleasant this can be. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Thanks, McGrath Port Stephens
