O imóvel está muito bem localizado, próximo a padaria, supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, tudo muito próximo, inclusive o mar. a vista é muito boa, o apartamento bem limpo. sentimos falta de ao menos duas boas cadeiras para apreciar a vista do mar, curtir a varanda um pouco. as dependências da casa são boas, bons quartos, camas boas, aliás na foto aparenta ter 3 camas de solteiro em um quarto e uma de casal + 01 de solteiro no outro, e na verdade são duas camas + 01 Colchão. e 01 cama de casal + 01 colchão de solteiro. Na verdade eu esperava menos, más o apto me surpreendeu. O prédio é muito tranquilo, os funcionários muito responsáveis. eu diria que foi quase 5 estrelas, tirei uma estrela apenas por detalhes, como a varanda, a Tv que não é smart. Apesar que não assisti tv mas, os jovens amam tv e se for criança então tem sempre aquele momento de relax. Mas, que fique bem claro, o apto é ótimo, muito gostoso, perto de tudo, rua tranquila, classificaria como Muito bom, quase excelente. Super indico e voltarei com certeza.

O apartamento é bem igual ao anúncio, muito bom. Varanda na sala e nos 2 quartos, banheiro bom e o condomínio da pra aproveitar bastante da piscina também. O Tadao foi super rápido e preciso nas respostas. Recomendo.
