It features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs with VCR/DVD, free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and parking for 2 vehicles. Take advantage of the bayfront outdoor pool or use the boat docks, available on a first-come, first-served basis (pricing and reservations coordinated through the resident manager). Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and amusements. Mini-week rentals available all summer. Accommodates up to 6 guests. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

The property was clean around the area. I only had one small issue that I discussed with one of the property managers. Besides that my family and I really enjoyed ourselves we had a very comfortable,and relaxing stay.

Nice property, but TOO Loud

My family and I have stayed in the same complex before. This condo, unit 110B is the closest to the street and the traffic noise was way too loud for us. The traffic kept us awake as well as our infant daughter. The unit and amenities were nice. They need new cleaners as the floors were horribly dirty. They should disclose the noise from the traffic in the listing and hire new cleaners.
