Close to restaurants, nightlife and beach, this 2nd floor condo has a full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TV'S, 2DVD's, phone(unlimited, long distance provided,) free wi-fi, central a/c, gas fireplace for those off season weekends, and parking for 2 cars. The owner also provides a starter package of soaps and paper products. This unit is non smoking only. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied.
