Views of Lake San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains await you and your family in this beautiful, modern, family cabin located on the north shore of the lake. It has a large family kitchen with all the amenities including a double oven, gas cooktop, large refrigerator and plenty of room for everyone to gather. There is a large dining room and living room with windows all around to enjoy the views. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are all modern and clean. There is an apartment over the garage with an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom for your extra guests. The property is not pet friendly and no exceptions will be made.

Come up and enjoy the southwestern Colorado mountains in the amazing family home.

This has been the best place so far we have stayed in Lake City. Excellent View!! 2 of the bathrooms have really small tubs and showers but we made them work. Kitchen was well stocked. Better than anything we have seen in Lake City for that would host 14.

Great house and wonderful location. Whoever is cleaning it is doing them a huge disservice. There were cobwebs everywhere. The flooring area inside the master bedroom was dirty. Looked like someone tracked dirt in and didn’t clean it up. Front porch lights were burned out which made loading our trucks more difficult at 5:30 AM. There was mold in the upstairs shower and the shower pan in the unit over the garage was dirty (could be stained).Had concerns about fire in area and asked to reschedule. Was told they would check with owner and never reached back out to us. Fortunately, the fire was not an issue but communication was lacking.Had issue with locks on trash dumpster not working. They acknowledged the issue. We checked in again a couple hours later when we realized the trash was no longer on top of the dumpster. Was told the locks were broke and they left it unlocked on one side, Went to add more trash later only to notice a new lock had been placed but nothing was said to us about it.Listing says no pets however there were two pet waste bags on the outdoor seating platform by the lake. None of it was a huge deal but the property management company should definitely check properties before renters arrive.

Thank you so much for staying with us. I am sorry that you had issues with the cleanliness of the cabin. We did replace a fan in the living room which required scaffolding to be brought in which might have affected the floors. I am so sorry! The upstairs shower is stained but I will talk to the owner about replacing that. As far as rescheduling because of the fire...that has not been an issue in our area for about 5 weeks and all restrictions that were in place had been lifted so I was not aware that you were still not wanting to come. The lock on the dumpster was replaced by the HOA but the combination did not change which is why I did not notify you. I did check in with you the day after arrival and did not hear back with any concerns. Would love to have you back anytime and hope that if you do, you will reach out with any and all concerns so that I can be sure your stay is enjoyable. SXS riding

The property was amazing! We had a great stay and felt fortunate to ride SXSs each day to and from town and on the many trails around. The house was better than I had hoped for. Great trip!

Alpine Loop Getaway

Property looks just like the pictures. Plenty of space for friends and family. We hauled our wheelers and the yard was able to accommodate 3 pickups and large trailers, Peaceful and the view was beautiful.

Great week

Great house. Beautiful location. Scenery and access to the lake is amazing. Would be nice to have use of kayaks or a canoe since the property already has a dock. The house could use a "deep cleaning" to clear cobwebs and dust. We had a great week in a beautiful house!

Picturesque and Peaceful

Where do I begin? The most amazing location with the most amazing view. We absolutely loved spending the week here. Perfect location between town and the Alpine Loop and easy access to Lake San Cristobal. The house is very spacious (we had 7 adults and one toddler). Tannah was great to work with all week anytime we needed anything and we can’t wait to return next year! Bring bug spray for the back porch - otherwise, everything you need is provided at the house!
