This is a great location with a short walk to the beach. The description & photos of the property were accurate. We enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Good location

Good location, nice place. Both decks need to be cleaned, and all the emails about buying their insurance were too much.

We enjoyed our stay and the check in process and location of the property was great! However, we did find the decor, appliances, and furniture to be outdated. The icemaker made a loud knocking noise when ice was being made. We thought someone was knocking on the door the first time we heard it. Also, the cleanliness lacked much to be desired. The floors were gritty and clearly had not been mopped. We were continually finding debris throughout the week such as a pill that was in one of the upstairs bathroom floors. We probably would not choose this property again.

Vacation 2022

I loved the neighborhood and the walking distance to the beach. Although when we arrived to the beach house the floors were a little dirty, there was a half eaten piece of steak in a decoration bowl placed in the living room, and the master bathroom tub wasn’t the cleanest. Other than that our stay was great!

Great experience

The house was perfect. We were one street from the beach which was nice. The house was clean and roomy for all 13 of us. He pool was nice and big. We will definitely be staying at dunes properties again!!
