All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.<br> It also features a barbecue area and a large outdoor jacuzzi with hydromassage, as well as 3 parking spaces, one of which is indoors.<br> A huge lawn separates the house from the beach, which is accessed privately, since the gated community is completely enclosed by a hedge.<br> The condominium has security cameras and caretakers, and also offers beach service (chairs and umbrellas on the beach).<br> Cook/housekeeper services are charged separately.<br> Guaecá Beach is a tranquil and preserved beach with calm, waveless waters, alternating with a few days of strong waves, when surfing is practised. The 2.77 km stretch of sand is light and soft, offering views of the southern side of Ilhabela, surrounded by hills rich in Atlantic Forest. At the northern end of the beach is Morro das Sete Voltas (Hill of Seven Turns), often used for hang gliding and paragliding take-off. At the southern end of the beach, there are many trails leading to deserted beaches (small beaches).<br> Guaecá Beach is 17 km south of Maresias Beach and 11 km north of the city centre of São Sebastião and the Ilhabela Ferry.<br> There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, a fish market (for fresh fish), and restaurants, including delivery, on the neighbouring beaches.<br>
