Excellent home that sleeps 14 comfortably.
Located in the center of the small and quiet beach of Barequeçaba, which has 1.5 km, black sand and calm sea, excellent for children and for practicing the sport of fashion: the 'stand up paddle' (we have 2 surfboards available to guests). The house has 5 suites plus 1 bedroom with bathroom, all with air conditioning and ceiling fan; being 2 with sea view. Dining Room, Games Room, TV Room, WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen with 2 Refrigerators, 2 Freezers, Microwave, Stove, Nespresso, Miscellaneous Appliances, Washing Machine, Iron, TV, DVD, Stereo. Barbecue, Upper and lower Balcony, Deck, garden lawn and covered garage for 2 cars.
