Centrally located close to downtown, ASU, dining. This southern charmer sleeps fourteen people with 4BR/2.5 baths. The large front porch overlooks the yard filled with Magnolia and Camellia trees. The shady front yard and the white stucco keep this historical home cool while the backyard pool keeps you cool on those hot Alabama days! Located 4 miles from the new White Water Park opening summer of 2023! We hope to host you!

The Space:

Unwind and relax in the cozy atmosphere, with a SmartTV mounted above the vintage embellished chair, inviting you to take a nostalgic journey back in time. Living Room:
Straight ahead, you'll find the welcoming living room. This delightful lounge area is designed to please everyone. The symmetrical brass candelabras add an ornamental touch, infusing the space with aesthetic warmth, making it the perfect place to unwind.

The living room features two end tables, two lamps, a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, a fifty-inch Roku TV, two armchairs, and a futon.

Master Bedroom:
Immediately to your right is the master bedroom, beckoning you with its inviting ambiance. The room boasts a plush king bed, a cozy futon, two end tables, and two luggage racks. Adding to its allure, a picture of "Steel Magnolias" graces the walls, while a captivating image of Alabama's capital adorns the fireplace, evoking a sense of crossing the Mason Dixon Line.

Master Bathroom:
To the right of the living room lies the elegant master bathroom. This colonial-inspired sanctuary exudes elegance and simplicity. The crown molding, brass fixtures, and a luxurious jet-streamed tub create the perfect setting for your journey back in time. Soft incandescent lamps cast a warm glow, enveloping you as you step out of the tub or shower. Bi-fold doors and ample closet space housing a washer and dryer complete the picture.

Exiting the master bath, you'll return to the master bedroom, with a door on the right leading you to the kitchen.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready to cater to your culinary needs. From a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator to a toaster, blender, and coffee maker, this kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal.

Dining Room:
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area welcomes you with a six-seat dining table adorned with two chairs and two benches. A futon and an armchair provide additional seating options. Sunlight streams in through white window-paned French doors, creating an open and airy ambiance.

Half Bath:
Conveniently located to the right of the dining area, a half bathroom ensures easy access for all guests.

Queen Bedroom #2:
Reentering the home through the French doors, turn right to discover bedroom #2. This inviting queen bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, two end tables, two USB lamps, and two luggage racks.

Queen Bedroom #3:
Returning to the living room, a hallway entrance on the right leads you to the third bedroom. Step into this charming queen room, complete with a queen bed, a futon, two end tables, two USB lamps, and two luggage racks.

Full Bathroom:
As you continue down the hallway, a full bathroom awaits on the right, equipped with a refreshing shower.

Queen Bedroom #4:
Further down the hallway, you'll find bedroom number four. This elegant queen room boasts a queen bed, two end tables, two USB lamps, and two luggage racks.

With its spacious bedrooms and living area, this house offers ample room for larger families. The full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, SmartTV, and backyard with patio seating ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. We also welcome your furry friends, as we are a pet-friendly accommodation with a small fee.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

NOTE: the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated. Please reach out if you have any further questions!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard, no spaces are shared.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is a historic residential area, centrally located between the university, dining, downtown, and the country club.

Getting Around:
Driving is recommended, but a variety of amenities are within walking distance, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.


We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests space and respect their privacy and safety with contact-less check-in, but please know that we are only a call or message away if anything is needed during your stay!
