Southern Luxury: Eastchase District 4bd / 3bth

This opulent home will provide an awesome space for group entertainment and for a cozy yet memorable getaway experience. The home sleeps 12-14 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with a security alarm & surveillance system. (The cameras are on the doorbell, in the driveway and back patio). A vibrant and spacious living room area that includes a 60 inch flat screen tv with blu-ray/ cable. There are 4 charming bedrooms as well as a plush queen sized pull out in the front room ( the bedrooms have a king bed, two queens beds, one full sized trundle bed with two twin sized bunk beds) that each have their own closet and storage space with 3 full baths (towels and wash clothes are available for use as well).

Guests will be pleased to know that they have access to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It includes a microwave, stove/ oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils and will serve as a divine fit for any top chef. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home. There is also an outdoor grill for a relaxing and leisurely experience on the covered back porch. As the weather changes from season to season the convenience and serenity of the porch will call your name!

Last but certainly not least we must mention that the home is within walking distance of the beautiful Shoppes at Eastchase. Eastchase offers a great variety of upscale dining and shopping venues for people of all ages to enjoy. This lodging experience will provide high- quality at an undeniably great price. There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM for reservations on weekends, Friday- Sunday. This is a beautiful home and the owner is very friendly and professional!

We used this house for a girls trip and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean and it was plenty of space for our group of 10. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The outside patio was clean and provided a relaxing space for gathering and relaxing. High School Golf Tournament

This property was perfect for us! I brought my High School Golf Team to play in a high school golf tournament at Wynlakes County Club. The house was in a perfect location. It was only about 7 minutes from the course. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed in the master bedroom may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We had 5 adults and 5 teenagers in the home and everything went smoothly. Jeremy was an excellent host!
