house was dirty plumbing problems in big bedroom kitchen appliances didn't work sink faucet handle fell off washer and dryer could be updated had to buy bowls cookie sheets missing fans and had to purchase beach toys plus advertised beach chairs there were none and then they sent over camping chairs big difference between the two we made lemonade out of the Lemons! Manit Ence Man was Great re apologetic and was very professional the house was cleaner after we left great location but the beach was bad with seaweed

I apologize for the cleanliness and the plumbing/faucet issues you encountered; maintenance has been made aware and will complete required repairs and checks. We will inspect the appliances and washer/dryer to determine repairs or replacements, and will restock basic cookware, fans, and beach chairs as listed (not camping chairs). I’m glad our maintenance team was able to help and get the house cleaner after your stay. Beach seaweed is seasonal and out of our control, but we do monitor conditions and report issues when possible. We appreciate you pointing these items out and will prioritize resolving them. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home! It was very clean, everything worked as it should, and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. The beach was just a short walk away, making the location perfect.Sun Palace Vacation Rentals was outstanding to work with. They responded to every request quickly and were always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Our only suggestions for the homeowners would be to have the upholstered furniture professionally cleaned, tighten or replace the poolside chairs, and consider adding a few extra chairs to the balconies for additional seating.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Nice vacation home

The location is great. I liked the private deeded access to the beach. Please note there are floats, beach chairs, and a wagon at the property already. We brought ours with us but may have used the ones there if we had known. Plenty of beach towels too. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. For it to be a holiday weekend at the beginning of our stay, it wasn't crowded BUT this house is on the main street so you will see traffic from time to time while sitting on the balconies. With a large crew, be mindful of the shower schedule because the hot water will run out. I think adding a tankless heater to the home would solve that problem. Everything else was fine. We really enjoyed our week. Trash pickup is in the middle of the week so you might have full trash bins from the previous stay. And bring tissue, paper towels, dish washer and laundry detergent with you as well as trash bags as they leave enough for a day or two to get you started but with a big family you'll need more for sure.

Great Location and Beach Views / Access

Great property and stay. This is a newer property and I could recommend a few additions to improve the property including a refrigerator for lower level, TV for outside pool area and lights on the porches however overall the house & location were great for our group. Beach Access was a big plus
