*New washer and dryer in unit ,New floors installed, new heat pump ac unit installed . Bright and open style apartment unit located directly across from Red Shores casino and Eastlink Center . Unit has 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed and 1 futon bed . This condo has a nice open concept kitchen for your convenience! This unit is roughly a 10-12 minute walk from downtime . Has a private parking lot free for guests as well. *IF ADDING A PET PLEASE ADD THE PET TO YOUR STAY. FEES APPLIED. Any other questions feel free to ask. Thx-Mark

Centrally located and comfortable.

Check in was easy, the location was really close to all the locations we wanted to visit. The bed was really comfortable and Mark was quick to respond to any inquiries and issues.

The entire process was wonderful. From booking to our conversation prior to check-in. Check-in was simple. They were so accommodating. The whole apartment was clean and comfortable. We met the woman who cleans there and she told us if we needed anything just to reach out. Everyone surrounding the building were kind and sweet. The checkout process was simple and the cost was affordable. If you are ever in Charlottetown I highly recommend!!!!! I would rate this higher than five stars!!!

Perfect location for the PEI Gran Fondo

While it was a little bit of a walk into downtown for restaurants…the place was bright, clean and right across the street from the cycling event starts.

Great location, spacious and comfortable. We didn't realize there were stairs up to the property, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Owner let us store our bikes in a shed so we didn't have to worry about them. Would recommend.

Hanging out in Charlottetown

My daughter and I had just spent a week at a cottage in Meadowbank and had a great time but we also wanted some city time so we booked this apartment for two nights. It was perfect walking distancd to downtown. The building was quiet, clean and the apartment had everything we needed. It was perfect for the two of us. Would recommended for sure!!

We enjoyed our stay and the place worked out fairly well. Bit awkward negotiating the outside steps and entry but that's life. The rental space was lovely and worked well for us and our dog, Jesse, who settled in quite well.

Yes Darlene, we spoke about this on phone . You did not declare a pet to your stay which all people have to declare if they have animals…. Which you did not. It takes extra effort to our cleaners to clean extra for your loved furry ones. Thanks again for staying with us-Mark
