Luxurious Waterfront Condo in downtown Charlottetown,

Just a 15 minute drive from the Charlottetown airport and you will be downtown on the waterfront living the best a contemporary life has to offer within beautiful historic Charlottetown. This modern 1300 sq. ft condo suite is within a three- story complex of exclusive, privately owned residences. Your unit on the second floor and includes elevator service and indoor parking. It also offers a full, up-close, view of the cruise ship harbor and marina. .

You are a short walk from historic Great George Street that leads the way to PEI’s legislature building, Confederation Centre of the Arts theatre, art gallery, artisan shops as well as many excellent restaurants. Confederation Landing Park is next door. Step outside and follow the boardwalk as it follows the harbour, passes the Lt. Governor’s home and leads to the city’s largest park that features nature trails and 10 tennis courts. All of this within a 10 minute walk.

There is no need for a car if you are staying within the city. If you do decide to rent a car, you are centrally located to travel the beautiful countryside of PEI where you can choose to play at some of the most scenic and challenging golf courses in Canada or enjoy long walks on sand-dune beaches scattered along the coast line of the Island.

This was our 3rd time going to this Location, Location, Location . It has an enviable view of the marina and waterfront. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so sitting on the deck was amazing. Close to everything that we appreciate such as boardwalks, grocery stores, art and entertainment. Enjoyable Stay

My family of three stayed for three nights as we explored the island. Great location to do so. It was in walking distance to everything you want to do in town as well. The condo itself was very nice. Well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We had an issue with the king bed the first night but I contacted host and he was there to rectify it immediately. You can tell he has great pride in providing this condo to people.

The unit is exactly as pictured. It's clean, well stocked and the views from inside and from the balcony are delightful. The easy going owner met us at check-in to show us everything we needed to know about the condo. The waterfront location is spectacular and it's fun to watch the marina activities and the docking of cruise ships. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Several are a short walk across a lovely park or along the scenic waterfront boardwalk. The Charlottetown location provides easy access to all the beauty PEI has to offer.

This is the perfect location! Wonderful waterfront condo with a lovely outdoor patio we used every morning and evening. Kudos to host Fred for the check-in process and how well he stocked the unit (kitchen, baths and laundry room were stocked like a private home!) We parked the car in the garage (totally secure, which was great as we left our golf clubs in the back of the SUV) and walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Semi retired professional engineer. Grew up on Prince Edward Island, living and working on family farm. Jeannie grew up in Quincy MA.. We were married on PEI in 1968 , have one son and two grandchildren.
After university studies at Dalhousie University in Halifax NS we settled in Toronto ON. where Fred pursued an engineering career. We resided in Toronto until 1997, we then migrated to Scottsdale AZ for winters, spending summer months in PEI.

Our hobbies include golf , renovating our century old family farm property (Fred) and travel with river boar cruises (Jean)

Purchased as a retirement property to escape the country winters when not travelling abroad.

Great restaurants, theater, parks, churches, and so much more. PEI as an island has a unique local culture with tourism, farming and fishing the main industries. Recently technology firms are finding PEI an ideal location for their business especially the bioscience sector.
