Pristine property - deceiving much bigger than when you look at the home from the house. Gorgeous decor, beautiful kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to downtown Chatham. It was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities we were looking for.

Spacious rental

We had a very relaxing week at this home. It was an open concept design. Great for family. Extremely clean. It rained, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors. Worth every penny.

Great spaces, A couple criticisms

All was wonderful with two big frustrations. First, there is a smell in the house that was still on my clothes a week later. I don't know if it was a musty basement or what but it was unpleasant. Second, no cable. We are not real tech savvy, so it took us a few days to remember we could hook our computer to the TV and stream local TV via our cable service at home. We should be able to watch local TV channels without so much hassle.

Spectacular property

The pictures on line don’t do this property justice. It became clear shortly after walking in that it had been extensively remodeled in the last year or two. White kitchen cabinets and light walls and great hardwood floors gave it a bright modern look. Our dog loved the beautifully grassed yard It’s location in Chatham is near all the attractions of Cape Cod. Highly recommended.
