We loved the location, it as a very short walk to the village. Cute little place, very cozy and clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean condo
Great place for the price, not a luxury condo but very nice. Close to the village and gondola. It is small, great for two people might be tight for four people. It appears to be recently remodeled.

Fabulous Location
We had a great time in Mammoth, this studio apartment is great if you're looking for ideal location to the gondola and the village. The hot water on demand worked very well and the modern updates were great. The apartment itself smelled very musty, needs a thorough deep clean, we also could have used extra towels (no laundry in unit).

Nicely non-robotic and everything worked smoothly!
Excellent! A nice contrast to the impossible online robotics of VRBO et al, when I called Mammoth Reservations, a human being answered the phone and made it all happen. The property itself was clean, everything worked, and it was quiet starting around 10PM each night (unlike a hotel).

Good
Clean and comfortable place. Good location. Good communication with host with easy instructions provided. Overall, we had a great stay and would be happy to come back. Some things that could help make the stay better: 1) I like to cook, so it would be great to have a better knife sharpener, some sheers, and some storage containers for leftover food; 2) A dishwasher would be helpful, or reduce the cleaning fee; 3) Plastic cups for use at the hot tub.
Comfortable and clean, best for a couple. Short walk down to village, but slight uphill walk back. I like that the fireplace is part of the heating system, no wood burning needed. Main negative is that there is no dishwasher. I like to cook, so there were lots of dishes to hand wash.

A Clean, Cozy Place
It was a nice, warm, welcoming experience. It is a bit on the pricey side due to the extra fees, but it's location, cleanliness, with the mammoth touch make it worth trying. Location is about 5 to 10 minute walk to the village. One recommendation to the owner would be to add a flow valve to the shower because it sprays like an open garden hose. Everyhing else was perfect.

Excellent studio space
Had a very pleasant stay at Mammoth Estates 108. The space was well prepared with extra bath towels, a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable furniture, including a comfortable bed. The heat works well, and the mud room is an effective space. It is in a great location close to Canyon Lodge, though not necessarily close walking distance. I drove to Canyon Lodge parking (which has free parking) each day to ski. It could be possible to take the Village Gondola but it was much more convenient to drive to the Lodge parking. Overall I would certainly stay here again.

Unit Has a Great Location and is Comfortable for Two Friends
The condo was comfortable, with a great location. I removed one star for cleanliness because there were crumbs in the sofa pull-out bed when we opened it up, and because there was a massive 2" diameter hairball caught in the shower drain. Aside from these two things, I would stay here again. Note that there is no dishwasher; we did dishes by hand. No big deal but a small dish drying rack would be nice to have.

Pet Friendly Unit 108
Great - small unit is perfect for two people. Decently stocked with cookware/silver/knives, although we didn't do much cooking. Nice soap/shampoo amenities, especially with the new Mammoth Reservations branding. One suggestion is re: the coffee situation. One packet of coffee is good for a regular coffee maker, and there is one tucked away in the cabinet. The Keurig coffee maker is more visible right by the microwave, but no Keurig pods are provided. Maybe provide some pods for guests to use.

GREAT LOCATION!
This unit is in a great location. It took 2 mins to walk to the Mammoth shuttle stop that takes you to the slopes. You are walking distance to the village (less than 10 mins). This unit is clean, spacious, and as an added bonus has a mud room which is great for the winter. Please bring coffee for the drip coffee machine as they do not have a traditional Keurig machine that didn't fit our K-pods. The heater was one downfall. The unit had heat but it only comes out of the vent that is in the mud room, not in the living room or bedroom. We did use the electric fireplace however due to it already having programmed settings and temperatures it turned itself off frequently. Even with heating situation, we still very much enjoyed our stay there and 100% plan on staying there again. On a side note to the property management company, please change your policy and give the code for entrance of the unit directly to the renter and leave the parking pass in the unit. This seems like a really old school way of doing things and a waste of time to drive to the office that isn't on site to pick up a code and paper parking pass, then return it to the office instead of leaving it in the unit.

Exceeded My Expectations
I had the pleasure of staying here for the entire month of May. Unfamiliar with this exact unit and only seeing it in pictures, I was blown away by the modern aesthetics, spaciousness, and useability of the studio. The vaulted ceiling provided an open and airy feel, there was plenty of closet space, a double sink in the bathroom, and a very functional gear room that kept my skis and other outdoor wear separate from the living space. It has a sizeable balcony as well with a proper gas grill that I enjoyed many evenings. If you're considering this unit, I highly recommend it.
