The house is beautiful with nice if sparse furnishings. It was peaceful, quiet, and a great location close to lots of activities. The resort access was nice and we enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and basketball court. The kayaks and lake access were great, though it is a small pond really. Some of us came home with swimmer's itch, thanks to microscopic duckborne parasites. I'd recommend guests not feed the ducks as this contributes to the problem, or just stick to the kayaks.We arrived 15 minutes after check-in time to the cleaners and maintenance workers packing up and leaving. Despite their recent presence, we found a few dirty dishes that had been put away in the cabinets - a colander with dried pasta water and pasta bits in it, things like that. They must not have mopped because our socks were dark by the end of the first night in the house.Everyone said their bed was comfortable, except the guest in the tip top bedroom. That mattress is quite firm and given the lack of window covering, made for a week of involuntarily early morning wakeups and not being able to go back to sleep. Put your morning people in that room!

Great for a gathering.

The size and space of the house worked perfectly for the 7 adults that stayed at the property. Worked great for the gathering of the extended family for dinners and lunches. Relaxing on one of the decks in the evening was a must, great way to recap the day and plan for the coming days.

The location was perfect and the resort was phenomenal!!!!

The home itself was the perfect layout and size for us. Being on the lake was perfect for our family. We are all love the outdoors. some was fishing everyday and others kayaked daily. The firepit was also a great feature for the evenings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!! Thank you for a great vacation location!

Very nice house

Appears to be new to VRBO. Layout and space and decks were really nice…. We had a great visit. There were a few things to consider: Most rooms don’t have dressers Grill needs a wire brush to properly clean Bottom bathroom and 2nd floor bathroom (need flappers replaced) Bottom bathroom needs blinds A few burnt out bulbs, (most noticeably in master bathroom) House details - had incorrect information regarding trash disposal/pickup Some type of sound system that can be paired with a blue tooth device, is common in most houses of this price point. Consider putting a beverage fridge on the basement floor to maximize fridge space. But please know we really liked the home and appreciate you letting us rent for the week. Pete
