A great Family Friendly place, this is a basement apartment that has been remodeled inside to fit our traveler's needs. Private entrance to the South of the home, along with an outdoor patio and furniture to enjoy a Sunrise over the Wasatch Mountains is ideal. Parking is available during the Summer months on the street. There is room for 1 vehicle on the far right side of the driveway during the Winter months. Find yourself conveniently located for access to Trax; quick trips to the Canyons Summer, Winter, Fall; with all the restaurants and shopping you will need at Quarry Bend Shopping Center or on State Street.
