Guests have access to the indoor pool at North Hampton, the Kingston Plantation Beach Club Pool and St. James Park Pool. While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center at Kingston Plantation (including tennis and pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.

Fantastic oceanfront condo

This is a fantastic oceanfront condo. It is well-equipped and well-located. It was spotlessly clean and provided us with incredible sunrise views from its huge balconies. The furnishings, such as the window treatments and the fireplace, were all top-notch. We are looking forward to a return visit in the Spring.

We enjoyed our stay at North Hampton 901. The view of the ocean from the dining area/living room is breathtaking! We enjoyed watching lightning from a thunderstorm right from the living room. The only complaint I have is the master bathroom is beside the trash room where other guests dispose of their trash and I could smell the trash through the bathroom/hallway.

Beautiful view

The property was a good fit for our family. You can tell its an order property as you walk the halls however the remodel that was done in this unit was nice and thats one of the reasons i choose this place. The balcony was my favorite of all..you could play football on that thing it was so big! Kingston plantation is a nice area as well. Was VERY happy we were away from the main area in Myrtle beach as it looks a little run down and may have some riff raff at night. Over all we would recommend.

The building is peaceful, the unit was immaculate, the layout was fantastic, every room has a gorgeous view of the ocean. and completely updated in every way. The wrap around balcony was beyond anything we expected. We spent 10 awesome days there and can't wait to book it again. Saltwater Grande is top notch. Our family loved it! We stayed on the 9th floor, the view was incredible. They were very responsive and professional. The place was comfortable, clean, and so easy to get to with their instructions. They had everything we needed (except food of course). We ran out of garbage bags (my fault for not reading the email far enough ahead of time), but the location was just a couple minute from a store. SO convenient! We would 100% book with Saltwater Grande again, and refer friends and family to them too! You guys were so great! You definitely know what you're doing.
