Our guests have access to the following:

- Embassy Suites Hotel with a Starbuck's and 2 oceanfront restaurants-Vintage 12 and Coastal Grille

While VRBO guests do NOT have access to the pools at Embassy Suites & Hilton Hotel or the Splash Waterpark, you WILL have exclusive access to the Brighton pool and the Kingston Plantation Master Association pools...for access to a total of THREE pools during your stay! Note the access to the adjacent waterpark is not included with this condo.

Everything is provided -- just bring your swimsuit and beach towel!

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, SMOKING, or PARTIES ALLOWED. WE HAVE CHILDREN WITH SEVERE ASTHMA.

Description: Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre gated ocean front community with fresh water lakes at which you can fish. Amenities includes pool and hot tub, walking/biking trails, full service restaurants including Starbucks. Nearby is Myrtle Waves Water Park. For the golf lovers, book your tee time through the golf director at the adjacent course or choose from over 100 other area courses. Note that waterpark and private hotel amenities are not included. Note that pool and other amenities may be restricted or not open due to COVID-19 health and safety reasons. Note that in the months of March/April there is waterproofing on other parts of the building occurring which may result in some noise from other units.
