Woodstock Homestead is close to everything and far enough away to provide you absolute peace and serenity. Wake up to spectacular sunrises and make friends with resident farm animals in the surrounding paddocks.

Our beautiful Homestead is comfortably equipped with everything you need. Whether you prefer to go out or stay in, each room has been designed to offer every comfort. With 3 beautifully-styled bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, living and dining, 2 bathrooms, and a great second TV room, complete with pull-out queen sofa bed, there’s functional spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Framed by large spectacular windows the lounge offers amazing views all day long, and our internal and external living spaces have been carefully planned with your getaway in mind. Whether it’s fresh coffee in the morning, or wine at sunset, we guarantee you a place to unwind, relax and enjoy your time away. When the days are cold, chill out by the indoor fireplace or toast a marshmallow on the outdoor fire pit. And when summer hits, take a short drive to the beautiful beaches surrounding Milton.

Staying in? Enjoy a BBQ on the deck, a game of cricket or croquet on the beautiful lawns, or a board game. Want some time out? Book a game of golf at Hilltop golf course, an adventure hike at The Castle or Pigeon House mountain, or visit Jervis Bay. Hit the beach, go on a horse ride or explore Shallow Crossing. This gorgeous area has something for everyone.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Woodstock. The location is so surreal and picturesque, with rolling hills and sweeping views. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The host is fantastic and very accommodating with excellant communication. The home is beautiful, with air con and fans in every room and stunning picture window taking advantage of the views. Short drive to Milton and beaches along the coast as well as short drive to Mogo MTB trails which my son and I loved. Would love to stay again. Already thinking about our next trip.

Always so happy to stay here

Superb, well maintained property in such a lovely location. It’s spacious, airy, and modern and comfortable inside. And who doesn’t enjoy such a lovely swimming pool! This was our third visit and we - along with our kitty - look forward to many more.

Our stay was an absolute dream! Beautifully put together, the home has a perfect blend of rustic charm with modern comforts. We loved the views and the property manager was incredibly accommodating making our family feel right at home. Waking up to nature's sounds and enjoying stunning views from every angle of the house was pure bliss. It was the perfect escape to relax and reconnect. Such a lovely property with beautiful views of the surrounding farms. Our family enjoyed a morning swim every day and our two young kids loved the outdoor space to ride their bikes and play cricket. There is plenty to do at the house, with a trampoline outside and board games available inside. We stayed for a week and spent most of our time at the home, enjoying all it has to offer. The neighbours were friendly and we had plenty of animals visiting including a lovely little Kelpie from down the road and the cows grazing in the paddock next door. Everyone had a wonderful time and the kids are already asking when we can go back. Darren was a wonderful host who went out of his way to make sure we had arrived and settled in well to the house. He was very responsive and assisted us with a last minute booking when our other accommodation fell through.

Beautiful Country Stay

A beautiful home in a gorgeous country setting was perfect for our family getaway consisting of six adults and two children. The pool was a big plus and enjoyed by us. I would certainly recommend this country house and would stay again if travelling with a few other guests. The host was easily contactable and responsive. 10 out of 10 for this house

Rainy weekend stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Woodstock homestead. Although it ended up being a rainy weekend we had a very relaxing time with our family, enjoying the beautiful views surrounding the property. Everything you need can be found in the house Darren was very helpful and answered any enquires promptly. I would recommend this property. .

Home away from home

The property is very well equipped with everything you could need and all good quality brand appliances and kitchen equipment. The beds are all very comfy and the linens luxurious. The views from the verandah are amazing in every direction and there’s lots of room in the grounds for the kids and dog to all run around. We can’t wait to stay again.

Perfect Property. Perfect Location.

Beautiful cottage, superbly extended & positioned on its own acre within farmland. All the joys of country living with superb cafes, restaurants & beaches nearby. Pet friendly is not merely synonymous with dogs, we could bring our kitty too. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you need. Host is helpful and friendly. We no sooner arrived than we started planning when we could come back: it’s that sort of place.

Perfectly situated in an elevated position giving you beautiful views over farmland. Refreshing breezes and a calming atmosphere. The cute cottage facade is delightful. Once you open the door the extension is mesmerising with picture windows framing more beautiful farmland views. Exactly what I needed. Oh and Milk Haus restaurant down the road was gorgeous and delicious.

Loved everything about this place!

We came for a weekend getaway before school goes back at the end of January. The property offered us exactly what we needed just to decompress as a family. Young people loved the pool while slightly older people wondered about retirement. The accommodation was a perfect blend of luxury but also offering a welcoming and family oriented vibe. It was great just to sit and look at the view - just stunning. Thank you Darren for your friendly and helpful advice. We will be back!

So happy to be back

Simply the best in every way. Perfect holiday for ourselves and our cat, Gandalf. Loved seeing the changes since our last visit, especially the chair and foot stool in the living room which quickly became my place to curl up and read in the sun. This magnificent cottage provides so many things for guests to do but its hard to go past relaxing in great comfort and drinking in those fabulous views. Wish we could stay forever. Failing that, keen to return in 2025.

The perfect country get-away

Don't be fooled by the pictures - this house is a lot more than a pretty cottage. It's large but not cavenous and is stylishly furnished but in a comfortable way. The location is peaceful and quiet but Milton is only a 5 minute drive away, and there's a good cafe along the way if that is too far. The beds are super comfortable with quality linen and the kitchen is well equipped. Our host Darren was always attentive and quick to respond both while making the booking and then during our stay. What more can I say, we loved this place and it's generous nature - I Can't actually think of anything negative to add.

Best view!!

A relaxing family stay. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and I enjoyed a drink on the deck or in the hammock reading my book. Communication was excellent regarding the property, access and restaurants in the area.. highly recommend. Landscaping around the pool isn’t complete yet (but we knew that, as it’s brand new pool). Only slight downside was the lawn/grass was on the long side annd could have done with an mow, and there were many cobwebs on windows and furniture outside. (But not a single bug inside). Kids rated it a thumbs up and we have added it to our list to revisit.

Woodstock Homestead is our family's home away from home so we have taken care of setting it up for families to enjoy. A pool , trampoline & jungle gym for the kids. Lots of scenic grounds to play sport or just relax. The Homestead itself is extremely well equipped with everything you'll need thanks to my wife who has fitted it out for families who just want to have a memorable vacation.

We just love the South Coast and Milton. Beaches , great restaurants & cafes , shopping , golf whatever your after it has and then some.
